Web design for Lancashire businesses that want to be found.
A showroom in Colne
A site with a page for every town you cover and every service you sell, built to be found without paying for ads. One Colne showroom now gets three to five enquiries a week from it.
Lancashire, organic
Boundary Carpets and Beds, Colne.
An independent carpet and bed showroom with its own fitters. The old five-page site was losing every local search to the national chains. I rebuilt it with a page for every product line and every town the fitters reach.
3 to 5
organic enquiries a week, up from about three a year

Right now, somewhere in Lancashire
Web design in Lancashire that gets you found first.
Right now someone in a Lancashire town is searching for your service, with their town in the search. They want someone local who actually comes to them.
They'll find either you or a competitor, often a national chain with a page for every town. The local business usually loses because it never wrote a page for that town, not because it's worse.
A page for each town you cover changes who they find.
For example
- Your page for their town. They call you.
- A chain's page for their town. They call the chain.
Why me
Small towns, added up.
I built my first businesses in Lancashire and still work with Lancashire businesses remotely from Perth.
Boundary's fitters reach Colne, Padiham, Earby, Trawden and the towns around them, so the site has a page for each. Nobody in Padiham was ever going to find a list of towns at the bottom of a homepage.
The national chains win the county. You can win the towns.
Each town page is written for that town: its own words, its own reasons to call, not the same page with the name swapped.
No ads were running for Boundary. Every one of those enquiries came from search.
What I build
A page for every town you reach.
I research the searches in each town you cover, then build a page for each service and each place, with your own photos where the customer decides.
- A page for each town you actually cover, written for that town
- A page for each product or service, with its own photos
- Search data for your trade across Lancashire, pulled first
- Your Google Business Profile matched to the site
- Every enquiry emailed to you the moment it's sent
How it works
Town by town, page by page.
01
You list the towns
Which towns you cover, what sells, and what the chains are beating you on.
02
I pull the search data
Every town and every job, with how many search for each.
03
I build the pages
One per service and one per town, written properly, fast on a phone.
04
Every town page goes live
Checked on the live site and submitted to Google the same day.
Asked before you did.
Often built alongside

I built my first businesses in Lancashire and still work with Lancashire businesses remotely from Perth. Boundary, in Colne, is one of them.
Boundary Carpets and Beds in Colne went from about three website enquiries a year to three to five a week. That's the owner's own count, from Google, with no advertising running.
If you genuinely work there, usually yes. Each town only brings a few searches, but they're from people who want someone local, and a page each adds up.
Not everywhere. On the town-by-town searches, a local business with a real page for each place often can, which is where Boundary's enquiries came from.
Not necessarily. Boundary's enquiries came with no ads running. Ads can speed things up, but they aren't required for the site to work.
What you get back
You stop losing local searches to the national chains.
Tell me which Lancashire towns you cover.
I'll look at what people search in each of them before you spend anything.
