Enquiries scattered across texts, emails and sticky notes?
Everything in one place.
A CRM for small business built around your process, not a blank system you are expected to configure yourself. Enquiries in, pipeline visible, follow-up automatic.
The pipeline
The CRM you bought is empty.
Most service businesses have paid for a CRM at some point. It has three contacts in it and nobody has logged in since March. Enquiries still arrive by phone, form, message and email, live in four places, and get lost between them. The problem was never the software. It was that nobody built the process into it, so it never became the place the business runs from.
Process first
The software was never the problem.
A CRM is a set of empty boxes until someone decides what goes in them: which stages a job moves through, what has to happen at each one, and who gets told. Without those decisions it becomes one more inbox, and the business carries on running from the other four.
Build the process in, and it becomes the place the business runs from.
So I start with how a job actually moves through your business, then set the CRM up around it: the stages, the fields that matter and what happens at each step. Every enquiry source feeds it from day one.
Then I train everyone who will use it, and stay close while it becomes the habit.
Bespoke
Why bespoke beats off the shelf.
Off-the-shelf CRMs are built to suit as many businesses as possible, so they fit none of them exactly. Yours is built for one business: yours.
No ceiling on what it can do
An off-the-shelf CRM does what its makers decided it should. A bespoke one does what your business needs, and grows with it.
Works directly with your website
Enquiries from your site land in it the moment they are sent, with nothing copied across and no add-on in the middle to break.
Automations built around how you work
Follow-ups, reminders and handovers fire at the points your jobs actually move, not where a template guessed they would.
Your business, not someone else's software
You are not bending the way you work to fit software that was designed for a different business.
What I build
Built around your process, handed over working.
I set the CRM up the way the business actually runs: the stages a job moves through, the fields that matter, the automations that fire at each step. Every enquiry from every channel lands in it automatically. Follow-up, reminders and review requests run from it. You open one screen and see every job, where it is, and what happens next.
- Pipeline stages that match how a job moves through your business
- Every enquiry source connected: forms, calls, messages, email
- Follow-up, reminder and review automations built into each stage
- Existing contacts and history migrated in, cleaned up on the way
- Training for you and your team, then support while it beds in
How it works
Four steps. The pipeline first.
01
I map the pipeline
From first contact to paid invoice, every stage and what should happen at each one.
02
I set it up
Fields, stages, automations, integrations. Built and tested with real enquiries before you see it.
03
I migrate and connect
Existing contacts come in. Website, phone and messaging feed it from day one.
04
I train and support
A walkthrough for everyone who will use it, then I stay close while it becomes the habit.

Asked before you did.
I build it for you, around how your business works, so there is no ceiling on what it can do and it works directly with your website. If you already have a CRM you want to keep, I can set that one up properly instead.
Yes. Spreadsheets, an old CRM, an email account, a notebook. I import what is worth keeping, clean it on the way and tag it so it is useful.
They use it when it is the easiest place to find what they need. That is why I build the process into it rather than handing over a blank system, and why I train everyone before it goes live.
Yes. Everything from the pipeline to sending a message works from your phone, which is where a service business owner actually is.
A bespoke CRM has no per-user licence. There is a monthly figure for hosting it, keeping it secure and running the automations, and I tell you that before I start. If you keep an off-the-shelf CRM instead, it has its own licence on top.
The CRM is where the automation lives. Many clients have me set up the CRM and build the automation in the same project. Some just need the CRM done properly first.
What you get back
You stop searching three inboxes and a notebook to find out where a job is up to.
One screen for the whole business.
Tell me where enquiries arrive now and how a job moves through. I will show you the pipeline before I build it.
