Still taking trade orders by phone, text and email?
Three taps to reorder.
A trade portal where your trade customers log in, see their prices, reorder in seconds and track it. Orders land in your system with nothing retyped.
Live work
A trade portal I built, live now.
One order
Wholesale runs on email and memory.
A trade customer emails an order. Someone checks their pricing in a spreadsheet, types it into the system, confirms by reply, and chases the invoice later. Multiply by every trade customer, every week. The good customers are the ones who order the most, so they are the ones costing the most admin. A retail shop is not the answer. Trade needs its own front door.
Where it goes wrong
Your best customers cost you the most admin.
The trade customer who orders every week is the one generating the most email, the most looking up and the most retyping. Growth in wholesale arrives as admin before it arrives as money.
Trade needs its own front door.
A public shop cannot hold trade pricing, terms, credit limits and minimums. A portal can: each customer logs in, sees their own prices and reorders in seconds.
Orders reach your system with nothing retyped, and the rules are kept by the system rather than by someone remembering.
What I build
Their own portal, your own rules.
I build a portal for your trade customers: individual logins, customer-specific pricing and terms, their order history, one-click reorders, and stock visibility if you want it. Orders flow straight into your fulfilment and accounting. Approvals, credit limits and minimums are enforced by the system, not by someone remembering. It sits alongside your retail site or on its own.
- Customer accounts with their own pricing, terms and catalogue
- Repeat ordering from history, quick order forms, bulk order upload
- Orders flowing to fulfilment and invoicing without retyping
- Credit limits, minimum orders and approval rules built in
- Built for a phone or a tablet on a counter, not just a desk
How it works
Four steps. Your price lists first.
01
I map how trade works now
Customers, price lists, terms, how orders arrive and where they go. The portal replaces exactly that.
02
I build the portal
Accounts, catalogue, pricing, ordering. Tested with your real price lists and a real customer's order.
03
I connect the back end
Orders into your system, invoices out, stock read live if the source supports it.
04
I onboard your customers
Logins issued, a short walkthrough sent, and I watch the first orders come through.
Asked before you did.

Asked before you did.
Yes. Pricing, discounts, terms and even which products they can see are set per customer or per tier. That is the whole point of a portal over a public shop.
Yes. The portal can sit behind a trade login on the same site, or run on its own address. Retail customers never see trade pricing.
That is the aim. Orders create invoices or sales orders in your system automatically, so the portal removes the retyping rather than moving it somewhere else.
The portal enforces it. Orders can be held for approval, blocked, or allowed with a warning, depending on the rule you set for that customer.
I create their accounts, load their pricing, and send them a login and a short guide. Most trade customers prefer it to email within the first week because reordering takes seconds.
No. It is built for how you sell to trade. Off-the-shelf portals make you change your process to fit them. This one fits yours.
What you get back
You stop taking wholesale orders by phone and email and typing them in yourself.
How do trade orders arrive now?
Tell me, and I will show you what the portal would look like for your best customer.
