I’m Chris. For over a decade I’ve done one thing consistently: taken an idea and turned it into something real that works. Event brands that sold out. A marketing business that served clients across the world. A failing venue brought back to life. The thread through all of it is systems, working out what actually drives results, then building it so it runs. Now I do that for service businesses using AI and automation.

Backing myself

Quit a warehouse job to go all in on something I'd taught myself from scratch. Became one of the most in-demand DJs in the area. The lesson that stuck: skill plus self-belief beats a safe bet.

Launched an event brand when everyone said events didn't work. It sold out. Proof that the right idea, marketed well, makes its own demand.

Shutdown

Built it into the UK's largest under-18s events brand, touring fifteen cities three times a year. Ran it for eight years and sold it in 2024. A brand at national scale, built from nothing.

Started a marketing and design business, almost by accident, and grew it to serve over a hundred clients worldwide. Where turning marketing into a predictable system became the craft.

The bar nobody could fix

Took on a two-floor venue with eight owners in five years and a reputation for being cursed. Closed it, rebuilt it, reopened it as the most in-demand bar for miles. Systems beat luck, every time.
